Students from Vaels International School, in Chennai India reflected on their participation in TIME PROJECT 2023. Their thoughts and ideas where of interest to share here with each of you.

“They were really friendly and appreciated us on our work. This really motivated us.

This was like an unreal experience that some people get to live, for which I am really grateful. However, such a platform provides opportunities to students that should be grabbed, which provides exposure. According to me, communication with other countries, done by the future leaders, truly proves to be something that binds the hearts of million people from different nationalities, all around the world, together; meaning, this leads to the improvement in several relationships between countries and citizens. Who knows the relations between two countries, that had only hatred between them, becomes better, friendly as well, in the near future. Who knows a small video conference can bring a good drastic change. Who knows..” – Arshpreet.

“Our team, from VAELS INTERNATIONAL, can strongly say that our experience participating in the Time Project was certainly eventful and interesting. It was the first time for all of us, and we greatly enjoyed the whole process. We had participated in the House of Commons, once with Croatia and another with Canada.

Another novelty that our team faced was the interaction between each other. This event brought us closer together, not just as a team but as friends and people. We created new friendships and met a lot of new interesting people who we could really form a connection with and confidently share our views.

The team thanks the organizing committee for their efforts that made this event as successful as it is. We hope to come again next year, stronger and better.” -Farah

As more final reports come into TIME we hope there will be additional student reflections that we can post for all to enjoy.
