Since the Beginning of TIME there have been techsheets…. and with techsheets comes HUMAN CONNECTION. As we gear up for preparations for the 30th Anniversary of TIME PROJECT, one of the signs that schools are actively involved is TECHSHEET SEASON.. It is that step in the process where schools that have declared an interest in one or more of our video conferencing activities are determining what time(s) in GMT that they are avaialble to have a Global Youth Forum Conference or a Model United Nations activity or a House of Commons Debate. Once they have converted their LOCAL time into GMT and posted that in their Techsheet the real fun begins.

TimeProject Headquarters centrally collates all of the Techsheets and places the information into one GMT BAR GRAPH.

At a glance partners can SEE which schools are available at the same GMT time as they are. From the Bar Graph they can access the name and email of those schools and can contact potential partners themselves via email. From a completed techsheet, once the Bar Graph for 2025 is completed partners will also see which TOPICS partners are doing are the a MODEL UN school for example…

Participating TIME SCHOOLS will always stay connected by referencing this central source of who is on line , when and doing what!

It all begins with filling in a techsheet. So you can quickly see why we at TIME PROJECT HEADQUARTERS are so excited to report that KIRKLARELİ SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL in Turkey with ESRA ALTINOVA leading the school was the FIRST TECHSHEET returned this year . In addition Dream Seed Academy from Ghana, Gymnasium # 41 from Russia and Marijampolės Petro Armino progimnazija from Lithuania rounded out the first 4 schools to get their critical TECHSHEETS into us.
