Ms Malgorzata Herbich , the National Coordinator, Poland for UNESCO ASPnet brings greetings on behalf of UNESCO to TIME PROJECT participants on its 30th Anniversary Nov 28th 2025. She officially opens our project with a message important to all participants past, present and future.
We hope all participants will get to see this video and realize that more than ever they are part of a bigger project that seeks to make the world a smaller, friendlier and peaceful place. Through Education we can take on the challenges facing our world. As we debate the three biggest issues of our day Sustainable Cities and Communities, Responsible Consumption, and Good Health and Well Being we realize that This Is OUR TIME to stand up and have the collective voices of youth heard all around the world.
As she notes, “from its beginning this very unique UNESCO ASPnet Flagship Project has been very popular. ” Speaking of the project she goes on to say “This (the project) is of great value to the international community fulfilling UNESCO’s mission of building peace in the minds of people which is particularly necessary today.”
At another critical moment, Malgorzata makes a final point about the nature of the project stating that ” the project brings students together doing the same thing at the same learning about the perspectives of young people from all over the world comparing their thoughts and points of view around the most important topics we face.”
